Appearance and structural maintenance of the caravan:
• Cleaning: Regularly clean the body surface, Windows, roof and bottom of the car to prevent dirt buildup, rust and mold growth. Use special cleaning agents and soft cloths to avoid scratching the surface coating.
• Waterproof seal: Check the sealing tape at least once a year on the roof, doors and Windows, and joints. If there is aging, cracking or falling off, it should be replaced in time to prevent rain leakage.
• Awning: clean and dry after each use, lubricate the rails regularly, check the tarpaulin for damage or fading, and repair or replace if necessary.
• Tires: Check tires for wear, cracks, and air pressure and replace them every two years or as recommended by the tire manufacturer. When parking for a long time, use tire support or inflatable cushion to prevent deformation.
• Suspension system: regularly check the shock absorber, spring, connecting rod and other components to ensure that there is no loosening, corrosion, timely lubrication according to the use of conditions.
